The Challenge

This process was fully manual, requiring employees to compare incoming documents with data in the ERP system. As volumes increased, this led to delays, a higher risk of errors, and growing pressure on the team. In a context where every mistake can impact compliance and customer satisfaction, this manual workflow became a clear limitation to further growth.
The Solution
Together with Qubix, IWS introduced a smart document processing solution that automates the validation and handling of logistics documents. Instead of manually reviewing each file, the system now extracts and compares data automatically with the ERP system. Only exceptions are flagged for human review, significantly reducing the administrative workload. This approach not only improves speed and accuracy, but also allows employees to shift their focus towards more valuable tasks. The result is a scalable and future-proof solution that supports IWS in continuing its digital transformation.
